Overview
Return Management for Odoo 19 gives teams a structured way to register, review, and process product returns against their original sales. It keeps return activity connected to the relevant customer, products, and sales documents, helping teams manage each case consistently from request to completion.
The module supports returns that include products from multiple sales orders in one process. It works with Odoo Sales, Inventory, and Invoicing to retrieve the relevant data and create the return documents required for the workflow, including return orders, stock pickings, and credit notes.
